Natalie has partnered in developing the Forum with Julia Mackay. From Central Queensland, Natalie brings a northern Australian perspective to the forum and has spent 20 odd years perfecting Regenerative Production Agriculture for long term sustainability in western Queensland. Soil carbon sequestration forms the basis of of all regeneration and this is the bit that farmers and graziers have to get right to cope through good and bad seasons.
Natalie has recently been exporting high value food and beverages to Asia and sees the importance of value capture in marketing and branding Australian food, fibre and beverages to the increasing decerning demographic of consumers who value food provernance and sustainability.
A hands on cattle producer, she has furthered her study to include a Master of Business Administration and travelled to 14 countries studying soil carbon sequestration via a Nuffield Scholarship in 20012. She studies Avanced Agribusiness Managment at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester, UK.
